00:25	STEP 1: Shake up the spore syringe till the spores start to break apart.
00:31	STEP 2: Flame the needle for 30 seconds to remove any contamination.
00:56	STEP 3: After 30 seconds wipe off the needle with an alcohol wipe.
01:15	STEP 4: Drop a few squirts of spores onto the agar.
03:34	STEP 5: Wrap your petri dish with parafilm.
