- 750ml Glass Bottle
- 15g Agar Agar
- 15g Malt Extract
- 1.5g Nutritional Yeast
- Pressure Cooker
- Aluminum Foil
- Funnel
- Mason Jars
- 25 Petri dishes
- Parafilm

STEP 1: Mix 15g Agar Agar, 15g Malt Extract, and 1.5g Nutritional Yeast with 3 cups of warm water in your 750ml bottle. |

STEP 2: Then add an aluminum foil topper for ventilation. |

STEP 3: Next, place your 750ml bottle in the pressure cooker and fill water to the level of agar in the bottle. (I use mason jars for braces in the pressure cooker.) |

STEP 4: Sterilize the agar at 15 PSI for 45 min. |

STEP 5: Then let cool just enough to be able to handle and move into a sterile environment and pour agar in petri dishes from the top to the bottom. |

STEP 6: Wait for them to cool and wrap with parafilm. |
